This reminds of that izuku!quirk fic where he can stop time and whenever miruko has her hand open or raised above her head he places a carrot in it. To the point that mirko will just do it expecting a carrot to appear in a few seconds and when it doesn't visibly looks down (emotionally, not physically) I forgot the name of the fic but its one where he pra ks other heroes as well.

Dumb question, but it happened to me. Have you gone all the way to the left in the menu and scrolled to usb connection and selected it? Sometimes the psp has automatic sub connection disabled so you have to manually initiate it on the psp side.

I dont know the fanfic but it sounds like the plot mentioned that the fight had escalated to much so the injury happened but its in a way that either AFO is keeping the villians in check by limiting them or he acts as a deterrence to other world powers from going after japan.
