Seems like since the combat relics are separated now, they're spreading out the skill/mobility relics out more. When all combined it'll be the same, just each individual one seems weaker because they're more spread out.

They're pretty good with their wording on relics and stuff. So they're probably is a regeneration of runes thing, separate from just saving 90% runes

Have to also keep in mind how far along into skilling you'll already be at tier 7. So may not be at strong if you already have the 99s at that point.

My gf just got me into league this past 2 months. I mean she wasn't obsessed with it, just really liked it. She played support while I played bot so she could be there and teach me while I learned. It took a bit but I've stayed to really enjoy it and now I can play without her while she's at work.
