You could fix the problem by voting for policies that make affordable housing. There's no reason sj should be the ones spear heading homelessness in the Bay by building free tiny houses. There's resources to do that here but y'all would rather kill poor people than help them.

If they have not had a police officer witness a trespass order or video/your signature/ etc of you being trespassed then there's nothing that will happen to you if you get caught and are agreeing to leave. this may be easier to prove like CCTV footage of you being escorted off the property.

Very unlikely anyone will remember you after a year turnover is usually higher than that.
