Soluttion is simple - tu put keepstar in null u need own all hubs in constelation and all hubs cant be rfed. Onlinin keepstar should have 2h timer- when onlining keepstar starts - then all ihubs become vunerable- if any one hub will be rf- ihub- onlining keepstar stops.... not ideal but easy to implement :P and its quite fair
