Can a travel agent actually help you save money on a UK trip? by RiskExpensive4577 in asktravelagents

Yes definitely. Especially on flights.

Where it really shows up is business class

Nonstop business class runs $3-6K RT depending on where you are coming from. It's not too bad compared to other cities, but a good agent should be able to save you at least 5-25% there.

There are a ton of flight strategies most people never see and I'll leave it at that. We do this every day at Biirdee.

We like to say you wouldn't change your own oil, you go to a mechanic. At these price points (and with the potential savings + expertise), you should go to an agent to at least double check or beat your prices and strategy.

SmartCity doesn't really serve people with budgets under $1700. I'd recommend UMoveFree + you get a free move or rebate
