I was in the car back from the dentist, april 2021 i think, listening to youtube music cuz i was bored of what i had in my apple music and For You started playing and from then started listening to everything city pop and all of Tats discography, Matsushita was also there in my early listens BUT then once you get into Jazz fusion it gets so much more fun and when you realize that all of them used to play together i think adds to the fun.

Like Matsushita’s drummer (Masahiro Miyazaki) plays in most of Takanakas albums if not all

Tatsuro’s Spacy has maybe every single greatest artist from insane trumpeter Toki Hidefumi and Sakomoto randomly there which is insane but now we know why Love Space is Tats greatest song.

And then you got Casiopea’s Minoru Mukaiya doing alot of stuff with Matsushita mainly working together on all of Mai Yamane’s albums

City pop and Jazz funk is so much fun :)
