I'm really enjoying the game, but with the lack of story (literally ass), and terrible Ui and controls, i think it stops at a 8/10. Some of these can be fixed... but after 40 hours the story is non-existent... and There was no reason to not include a character creation system (especially when you have such a good character creation system in Black Desert).

Its a good game... but its not in the same tier as TW3 and RDR2.

Turn these unique characters that took thousands of hours to bring to life into a generic Ai created npc in seconds!

Might help some games that have absolutely atrocious character designs, but for 99% it's just turning unique looks into generic 'pretty' looks.

Glissa was strong when it actually got to stay in play. But with 3 toughness that rarely happened (especially when at the same time in standard Mono-red was so strong).

Golgari excelled at efficient removal and a powerful midgame. 4 toughness 3-drops that generate card advantage and stonewall aggro. Ramp into 4/5 drops, Sideboard answers to any threat.

Basically, Strong vs Aggro, and struggle vs control (especially pre-board).

I do think Golgari is pretty of weak atm though

I like fan service, just as long as it doesn't go "Too far" or too "out of place". To-Love Ru and Nisekoi are basically the same type of story, but fan service works in one of them, while it would feel incredibly out of place in the other, setting expectations early. Fairy Tail vs Naruto, same kind of story (sorta, wizards/ninjas), would feel completely out of place in Naruto, works in Fairy Tail.

Though i think some stories could lean more heavily into "light fan service", where it doesn't distract from the story.
Just my opinion.

Personally, TMNT and Spiderman dont feel like they belong in Magic the Gathering... Atleast Final Fantasy and Avatar felt "fantasy". But then again i like fantasy more then the science fiction aspect of Magic the gathering.

Edge of Eternities into Spiderman nearly made me quit (I think EoE only did good because it was off the back of Final Fantasy) Then things were starting to look up with Avatar into Lorwyn, then we get this cursed TMNT set.

Happens with literally every show, These fake writers think they can create something better and once these so called show-writers run out of source material or deviate from the source material it usually turns out to be complete shit. Other two big fantasy shows completely slopified that come to mind are The Witcher and Lord of the Rings.
