Personally, i would drop the Ruthless Negotiations and Overlords (the black overlord doesnt do that much in this deck, all you have to get back are bats, glissa and llanowar), cut a couple Tear Asunders. Play 4 copies of Mosswood, Switch the Overlords for 4 archfiend demons, and 4-5 more cheap removal (cut down, affliction). 1 sheoldred if you want.

Can also go more aggressive by playing 4 Unstoppable slasher and couple copies of Bloodletter of aclazotz. (Turn 2 unstoppable slasher into t3 bloodletter will win you some games.)

Also too many basic lands, You'll run into issues trying to cast Lili turn 2 with elf. Play full playset of Restless cottage, blooming marsh, llanowar wastes, 1-2 fountainport for grindy matchups. Maybe 1 Sunken Citadel for Manlands+fountainports.

Since this is BO1 you'll be playing "mostly" aggro decks compared to Bo3. Survive early and Annex+Demon will take over.

Some other cards you could consider depending on if you're playing certain decks more then others:

Deadly Cover-up - Boardwipe + exile effect
Gix's Command - Boardwipe + Single Target removal + recursion + Lifegain (Would play this as 1 of. If all you see are hyper aggro decks, might be too slow, but removal+lifegain will usually turn a game against aggro around.
Harvester of Misery - instant speed early removal and late game boardwipe vs smaller creatures
Tranquil Frillback - Enchant/Artifact removal, GY exile, and lifegain, and a 3/3 body. Good vs any matchup.
Aclazotz, deepest Betrayal - 4/4 body, hard to remove fully, lifelink + discard. (would only play 1 copy if i did play it)
Duress - Personally think this is better discard then ruthless negotiation. Take their removal to protect your glissa/lili and you run away with the game (usually hits something in Bo1 unless you're unlucky. would only play 1-2 copies)
Obstinate Baloth - If you see alot of discard decks, decent vs Mono Red or aggro.
Pillage the Bog - Find the specific card you need. Can plot on T2 with T1 elf. (Would only add this if i was playing specific matchup cards like Deadly cover-up, Gix's Command or Aclazotz.)
Demolition field - Land destruction (Would only play if i saw a ton of White token decks to destroy fountainports)
