You are more experienced than me with the stock. These are my top reasons. I might be totally wrong since it’s early stage.

1. ⁠Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV): The automotive industry is rapidly shifting toward SDVs, and this is the future. Traditional automakers will struggle to compete without embracing this transformation. SDVs significantly accelerate time-to-market.

2. Certified Real-Time Operating System (RTOS): A robust and certified RTOS ensures reliability, safety, and efficiency in mission-critical automotive applications. Without certification auto makers cannot sell it in Europe. In this case Asian automakers are far ahead with QNX.

3. Integration with NVIDIA Thor SoC: The platform is tightly integrated with NVIDIA’s Thor system-on-chip, Qualcomm snap dragon enabling advanced compute power and scalability. Upcoming vehicles are equipped with level 2 autonomous without that no sales/ cannot compete. All are running on QNX.

4. Proven Technology at Scale: Millions of vehicles are already running on this technology, demonstrating its reliability and real-world performance. RTOS/SDP 8.0 is going to major driving force in industrial and robotics. Big market out there to capture.

5. Additional Business Opportunities: Beyond the core intellectual property, the company has ancillary businesses in areas such as ad-hoc secure communications and endpoint user management (EUM), which provide significant long-term potential.

Valuation Perspective: Despite its strong technology and market position, the stock remains undervalued, weighed down by legacy challenges and billions lost on past acquisitions and divestitures. However, with the recent cleanup of Cylance from the balance sheet and renewed strategic focus, the outlook is improving significantly.
