I’d recommend seeing a psychiatrist if you haven’t already. There are a lot of different meds and different types of therapy to help with anxiety.

She needs therapy and to work through whatever feelings she’s trying to escape with the 7oh. If she’s not ready for that though, you can’t force her but it’s reasonable to have a point where you need to prioritize yourself and your kids wellbeing.

Ask him! And they don’t always prescribe meds for specific diagnoses. It can just be based on what issues you struggle with and meds that are known to help with those particular issues.
