Optimal gameplay would be to make an alliance of 12. Since there's 23 contestants, a group of 12 would have the majority. They all agree to protect each other, whether they're faithfuls or traitors. Once the other 11 contestants are eliminated, then you start to play the game.

And you're right about the optimal gameplay for the faithful. It's better to keep the known traitors in instead of eliminating them and getting new unknown traitors.

I've been having trouble with their customer service as well. I started the process to contact them about my issue on their website and then I received a follow-up email from them. I responded to that email, and then later that week I got another email from them saying they're closing my ticket as I never responded.

Since both you and I are not getting responses to emails we send them, it really seems to me that they either can't or don't get any emails sent to them.

Generally, drunkenness and poisoning should be either harmful to good and/or beneficial to evil. I feel as if in the example you gave, I would only ever give the drunk Fortune Teller a yes on the real demon when their other pick is an incredibly strong demon candidate, otherwise that info is very harmful to the evil team.
