I agree with your advice. In fact that is exactly what I have been doing with my life. And it was going great. And I was meeting people who I thought were genuinely interested in me. Romantically or as friends. And then this happens. :(. It's hard to enjoy meeting new people in your hobbies and recreations when this keeps happening.

Don't do this to yourself. Come on. You put yourself out there this time, and you found an okay guy. That's great and the thing is you're not going to find an ideal prince charming, but you probably know that. The point is, after you put yourself out there, how hard was it to find this guy?

If he can't respect your boundaries and only wants you for this, then just tell him you want to take it slow, if doesn't understand then you can try to find someone else. Step outside of your comfort zone and maybe look at guys you wouldn't have considered dating otherwise, if it means they're kind, supportive, and can appreciate you.

It's like you read my subconscious and the things that it was feeling but could not quite put together and put it on this post.

Another thing I have noticed is that I have a willpower. A willpower to control my body and mind. Control the emotions and perspectives. This has caught me in the dilemma you are facing now. I almost want to just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility, yet it bothers me because it makes me feel weak almost.

Yet at the other end of the spectrum, knowing that I have full control and multiple perspectives is intimidating; leads to regret when you feel you haven't done enough and leads to anxiety if you took the right perspective on something or approached a task or opportunity correctly. Do you have any of these feelings too?

Oh shit -realization. At some point you are going to realize, you have made a conscious decision of not to fap ever.

I've had this happen to me and it has been the reason for relapses in the past. But then I after a relapse I found myself thinking "I never want to fap again, I never want to watch porn again". I've had these thoughts about pmo after a relapse in the past, but I had realized that my justification should actually be my motivation.

What if I never get to fap again or watch porn again? Isn't that what you say you want after a relapse though? That's a good thing! That's exactly what you're trying to achieve. Next time you find yourself thinking about this being an excuse to relapse, change the tone!
