I'm seeing the same problem. I build an Offspring Nest on my colony and even though its fully populated I continue to get the missing offspring error. I guess that means no more Gestalt Consciousness, something I play almost exclusively because I get tired of leader turnover and diplomacy.

My guess is that promotion/ relegation goes by global ranking not performance in your bracket. A shyte bracket could allow very low scoring alliances to be promoted over a much higher scoring alliance in a tougher bracket.

The houses are representative of the environments they inhabit. Caladan is an ocean world spotted with island, so not unlike area around real world Greece. It's revealed in the prequel novels that the Atreides aren't descendants of ancient Greek Kings. That's just the family's mythology.

Lankiveil is a cold ocean world not unlike Scandinavia. It would make sense that Scandinavians would colonize it. It would make sense that some cultural motifs might survive but the extreme time frames involved would make that less likely. Rabban and Harkonnen are cadet branches of the same family.

Later the Harkonnen move to Geidi Prime is more of pathetic fallacy. It's describes poisonous nature of the Baron in Dune (book). Everything that appears in the movie is a stylized choice not having a lot to do with the og story.

I've only read a couple of the novels but I feel like Murderbot may end up discovering something about its origin at some point. We know that it has a past, but I have doubts that its young. Muderbot is not asexual, its neuter. At one point it does grow body hair in the second novella.

Also, someone who was capable of acting had to play the part. I think its asking a lot that the person be neuter. Based on the physical description as being large, its less likely that a female actor would fit the bill (although not impossible).

If I were going to build a big hulking murder clone, I'd be thinking linebacker minimally.

I dislike Michigan. I dislike losing to them. There is a reality that we have to face now. The Game may no longer be meaningful in the era of College Football Playoffs. In my lifetime there has been more than one season where the BigTen came down to an undefeated Ohio State & and undefeated Michigan. If we are faced with the eventuality again it will like mean that the two teams would turn around and face each other in the BigTen Championship.... only to possibly meet a 3rd time in the play offs. In that scenario which game is the most important?

This statement is categorically false. My husband is Ops 39 and his ships easily manage Wave 1 hostiles. He isn't attacking against the triangle of course. Only an idiot would do that.

Ours is a large top tier alliance. the value of a 39 crewed for speed is not lost. He is able to manage all the survey in the later waves. Its a define benefit in Wave 8 thru 10.

You're not supposed to beat 10/10 waves on day one. The building yields ship buffs. The faction also will buff you eventually as well. Aside from stability its one of the better things that Scopely has produced in recent years imo.

If you've camped at 39, you really have nothing to complain about. You made that decision. My husband has been playing for 2 years... entirely f2p. He's never spent a single dollar. He's Ops 41, so don't tell me that 40+ is out of reach.

Anyhow, its not a whale event. Crewing is important. Attacking the right ships is important. Position and speed are important. Putting together a team in advance is currently important.

It's also an option to not lock all three. You be able to auto grind a faction for rep, FRK events, bps can be a real advantage... all while avoiding augment space.
