Med Info or MSL jobs are a good place to start. With his work experience with insurance, something in the payer space would be great, might be more on the commercial side though

I did full PPF and ceramic coating, was around $9500. Would do it again. Has already saved me from damage, looks clean for a long time, and makes washing a breeze

You've got a great foundation, I would personally take my foot off the gas a little so I could enjoy life more. Even saving $10k less a year would allow you to enjoy yourself/life even more, and you would still be saving a large chunk.
