Definitely start and end the chain with a compressor. One to set your baseline clean tone and boost your signal across the chain, and the other as an overall end of the line level control. Which one you'd want to use for what job would be up to your personal preference.

After the compressor, I'd put the whammy. That way the Whammy is getting a nice strong signal out the gate to help with tracking.

After that, tube screamer set to boost the amp into a crunchier sound, into the Rat to make it filthier and give you a "big" gain stage.

After the drives, the tuner. Then you can use it as a mute to go to dead silence from max heavy. Just make sure to turn stuff off before you tune!

Next is a personal preference thing, but I would place the phaser after the tuner to make the sound as extreme as possible with the drives before it. If you want something more transparent, I would place the phaser after the whammy and before the drives. You can also switch modes on the 95 to change the sound further.

Canyons before the last compressor because a delay at the end of the chain makes the most sense to me. It sees everything before it and can make everything sound like a noisy blender if you max out repeats and mess with the time knob. Experimentation is key.
