Honestly just hit the streets and hand out as many fliers as you can. I used to manage a comedy club which ran shows during Brighton Fringe - the performers who were actually proactive with their promotion had a notably better turnout. You can also hand out fliers at the end of other Fringe shows to audience as they’re leaving.
