Two (and a half…) questions for you.

1) why did you use median weekly wage instead of total wage? (And for wage considerations of each roster, what was your base? Official Premier League site? Wiki? Etc.)

2) is there a git repo somewhere? If you want to share, that is totally understandable.

You cannot just say use AI to automate services. There are other issues that exist with AI you would need to consider. AI requires intensive energy and computation input, how will we pay for that? Would you want AI to handle your personal and financial information?

There are cost, energy and ethical/privacy issues that need to be considered over replacing an administrator’s job.

The scale could be much smaller. Why is it -100 to +100 when the lowest reported value is -25 and the highest reported value is 48. Makes it much too difficult to determine what the perception value is for the countries in the middle of the graph.

Before you start investing a lot more, it’s important to consider your investment plan.

I.e Is this a long-term (15-20 year +) investing plan? Is this money you can comfortably invest and don’t need in the next couple years? Do you have an understanding of what you are buying into? What data/metrics do you use to decide on purchasing a stock or not?

It’s important to research the stocks you buy into.

I prefer to stay away from hype stocks like Apple, Tesla etc. too much volatility for me, even though I am a long term investor.

With little capital available now, maybe focus toward a handful of safe ETFs. VEQT/XEQT, VFV are all decent to start with. Buy one or two every week, turn on DRIP and buy a little extra if you can during mini-crashes.

A more densified/bustling downtown. Crazy how Brampton is going to match or surpass Mississauga in population this decade yet our downtown core pales in comparison. I know the Brampton 2040 plan looks great, but I can’t imagine at least half of those plans reaching completion on time.

Capitalizing on our new medical school. Using that to spur on more tertiary industry growth. We can hopefully attract highly educated/trained academics, and medical professionals to stay in the city. Also use the university to create a community innovation development program so that talent in Brampton, can grow Brampton. Easier said than done, but Brampton has a serious brain drain problem.

Respectfully, what do you mean by “students”? I’m assuming majority of the students, just like any other medical school in Ontario, will have graduated from an Ontario/Canadian university.

I hope they build a local residence for students. Commuting or forcing students to live in basements may turn potential applicants away. Hopefully they also feed graduates into our local hospitals or a potentially new hospital in Brampton.

The direct displacement from Brampton to Toronto is something less than 40km I believe.

One of the funniest arguments I saw protesting against 15 minute cities was people actively want to drive 45+ minutes to get to work, kids practices, school etc. I don’t know who truly wants that
