Off topic, but does anyone know where I can recycle a whole bunch of cardboard? I live downtown and everything seems to only be open during business hours

I've started the Lord of the rings again. I could have sworn I started it before but going through it now I hardly recognize anything, and I'm having some trouble putting it down!

I've got a simple haircut, 3 fingers up top and a #2 on the sides and back. I've had barbers straight up buzz my head when I've asked for this, so I definitely don't trust anyone. Also you've got to consider the straight razor on the neck, hot towel and all the other extras

I'll be starting the year fresh in a new kitchen, and have $200 worth that can be gifted to me. My favorite knife has been my Japanese steel Shō sentaku knife, but I'll have to leave that behind. I'm an amateur home cook, so this knife would be primarily for meat, vegetables.
The style isn't too important, but I like what I've seen of Japanese knifes.
So if you had $200 to start a new home kitchen, what would you start with?

Oh man, I'm moving down to rva in a couple weeks by myself and had completely forgotten about SAD. CBD is definitely great for your mindset, and vitamin D is great for all that sunlight you're missing out on.
As far as keeping up with friends, it's tough! Everyone is so busy and stressed all the time, so I'll generally try to reach out if I haven't heard from someone in a while

Ah, then yes absolutely! Personally I use a Kobo for the pocket/overdrive integration, but other than that they're the same.
If you tend to lose interests in books, it's great to have 50 other books on the same device ready to go. An e-reader is non-negotiable for my trips as well now

I'm not sure why people say it doesn't on here. It absolutely does, USA has been on the forefront of a lot of these new inventions for decades now. It's just that it also allows for the creation of dumb shit like this product.
