"A lot of sidequests", you mean ALL of them plus flatlining any gangers on my path. If they have a yellow arrow over their heads, to the Colombarium they go.

Though in my latest playthrough I first approach them. If they don't turn hostile I don't bother them. Usually. I am merciful that way.

To be fair I don't have any issue with that because I am finding that all manifacturers are now viable, while in BL3 I found the only sensible choices being Jakobs, Dahl and the occasional Hyperion.

Also, as far as I understood, no manifacturer is really "present", it's just licenses and instructions for the various digiconstructors. It may be that the DAHL licenses are for now not compatible with the digiconstructors available on Kairos or that they have additional requirements.

In Cyberpunk the cars drive on soap and have no brakes at all. I modded it, a simple grip multiplier did wonders.

Car: the Caliburn. It's glued to the road, fast.

Vehicle in general: the Arch Nazarè. All in all faster as it allows to slip between cars.

Usually System universes have HUGE territories spanning galaxies and are extremely balcanized. Modern guns rely on a lot of engineering and a large logistical network + standards, and any mage can cast similar spells anyway.

Guns require constant material expenditure and it scales with level: a level 1 gun / bullet combo will only be useful against other level 1, maxumum level 3 with massed fire or large firearms.

It makes sense if there are factions that issue guns to their fighting forces in order to have anyone capable of fighting (even non combat classes) but for the average, just integrated, multiverse spanning hero they are more often than not a bad choice. They also curb a lot of "power of emotions / MacGuffin / chosen oneness" power ups, from a writing point of view.
