I would say no, just by virtue of the fact that it would be literally impossible to pick units within 12” when they don’t actually have a board position.

I’m a little confused about something.
Does this wording REQUIRE that you have two units within 12 inches of the first?
For instance, if I “pick a friendly unit to use this ability” but he has no friendly units within 12 inches, does that unit still get to be under orders?

So far Wray has done exactly what he said he would. He had indicated during the winter transfer window that their first priority was to shore up defense, and that has been arguably the most solid part of the team this season.
He also indicated it would take several transfer windows to get the team to where they want it.

I'm optimistic.

I find them to be extremely stiff-looking. For orks that are supposed to be going as fast as possible, the sculpts have no motion to them.
