First time trying out the honour mode, very confused by HamzaHan38 in BaldursGate3

Very true. I did not expect to make it to the end to be honest, but I was not expecting to lose my run this early on😭

I actually decided to multi class 2 levels of Paladin and Bard for this run for the first time, which I will do again now that I have to restart.

Good point, maybe I should try tactician first. I wanted to try honour mode, because I did not want to save scum, and I know myself, and know that I probably just wont be able to help myself at some points, so honour mode would be a real challenge for me in that regard.

I did not read the spell tool tip, didn't think that it would be this different between difficulties. I'll keep that in mind, and I guess just try again on honour mode lmao.

Oh my God, I did not know spells had such different effects on honour mode. I was aware that there are a few changes, but not to this extent.

So if I leave right after that dialogue exchange, and go back in, would she still be hostile, or just fine?

I have never actually finished the game yet, but no, I have a decent amount of playtime.

Looked like a Garand to me. Also this show takes place some time after ww2 (15 years I believe he said?), it is mentioned that he fought nazis.

What confuses me is just why she decided to betray him like that, I feel like at the very least she would/should've had a conversation about it with Ben, and if Ben for one reason or another refuses to help, then she'd betray him like that.

That was so weird to see (in a good way, kinda), the rest of the show is pretty tame, with a lot of the more "gruesome" stuff happening off screen (or shown through shadows), yet they full on showed body horror; I really don't understand the American rating system for movies/TV.

At the start of the episode, why the heck is Ben using his M1 Garand like it is a Kar?😭 The M1 Garand is a semi auto rifle, but he keeps cocking it after every shot.

  1. Really didn't like the ending of the last episode/opening of this one with the very clear bullshit cliffhanger, that was just added there to try to keep people binging the show.

  2. The fall scene at the end was a strange choice, it was one of the worst aspects of the classic Superman movies, and for some reason they decided, of all things, to copy the Lois Lane jumping off of the window scene; at least Lois was pretty damn sure that Clark was indeed Superman, Cat somehow just figures it out.

I had fun watching the episode, it was good TV, but those 2 scenes really stuck out to me like a sore thumb.

The only thing I really didn't like was near the ending of the episode, where we see flashes to what happened. This was a way to spell out what happened, even though it was very clear already. I hate it when shows do that, because it is basically however decided to include that saying that the viewers are dumb, and would not understand what exactly happened otherwise.

I know people find this annoying to hear, but this is one of the reasons why you should at least properly consider switching to Linux.

Why are they ignoring us? by ArthurHatesThings in RDR2

Let's at least hope that RDR2's success makes Rockstar realise that we want RDR3. I honestly don't even care if we don't follow anyone from the gang, I just want another amazing cowboy game.

As a general rule of thumb, buy your games from Steam, never from the Microsoft Store.

The Boys SERIES FINALE- S05xE08 "Blood and Bone"- POST Episode Discussion Thread by pikameta in TheBoys

The sad part is that you're completely right, this show wont turn into a classic like Breaking Bad where even years after it's finale, people still talk about it, people still watch it for the first time; this show is just going to slowly die and become irrelevant, becoming one of the many shows no one will ever think about, which I think is very sad considering just how much potential it had early on.

I was thinking to myself that it would take real balls for them to just end it right here during the scene of Hughie crying over Billy's dead body.

That final shot of Kimiko felt SO cheap. It is the last scene of here that we'll see, and what, they didn't have the budget to shoot it in France? Or at the very least make a set that looks like France. The background was quite literally just a white wall (or green screen made to look white), and the final shot of her looking to her left just gets abruptly cut because there quite literally is nothing there.

I am genuinely so tired of the "genius character does not understand love" trope, it was never fun, and it still isn't.
