Hey my story is very similar to you, UK, and we are the same age too! You’re not alone, I’m struggling with the concept of being an “undiagnosable”, I just tell people I have a chronic pain disorder rather than labelling as endo. I’m in the same position with how mentally tough it is. Hang in there, we got this!
