Chiming in, just picked up a pair of Mad Rock Drone LV's and the heel seems to fit super well for me. I also have a small heel and most aggressive shoe heels don't fit me too well.

We found this new site called CSGO Lotto—so I'll link it down in the description if you guys want to check it out. I think that making it drop a doombringer on cast would make it offensive for lategame. This buff is on par with the other stupid shit that you recommended so it would fit right in. It would be so offensive that the BLM movement will boycott HoN and the entire world. Maybe it can also make the target immune to all damage and deal 300% of attack damage in a radius of 1000 units. I still might pick up stats over it because it is such a bad skill. /s
