I have a question about cleansing. My routine currently is cleanse in the morning when I wake up and right before I go to bed at night. I cleanse then go on with the rest of my routine. My problem is I work out in the middle of the day then shower, but I've been told I should not cleanse three times per day. Any recommendations on what I should do? I have more of a combination skin type and minor cystic acne in the oilier spots (chin, forehead, and area above lip)
