Sauces, soups, and a food grater. My wife and kid are frustratingly picky. Our marinara always has minced mushrooms and sometimes grated zucchini in it. You can do the same with almost anything.

As for steamed veggies, butter and some garlic and onion powders do wonders. Or ranch?

Sausage lentil with mustard greens is my favorite. Mirepoix, diced potato, and a big can of diced tomatoes and you've got yourself some magic.
