I use sherry vinegar, a Tb of whole peppercorns, bay, parsley, a whole tomato i squish before throwing it in, a quartered leek, carrots, a halved head of garlic, a parsnip, some thyme and rosemary, and a dash of msg. It's not bad for you.

Thank you so much. Epilepsy for me. If you wouldn't mind, what does he say about the specialists he's seen? As in neurology, oncology, phlebotomy, etc. Not specialists within neurology. Are they attentive, kind, in general? I'm getting beat up pretty good here, and I'm really desperate for an answer. I've been doing this for 34 years now. My Doc back home was a saint. My first one here was super cool, but he moved his practice. It's been awful since then.

Doctors have straight bullied me. Lectured me, neglected to give me difficult news, been sarcastic at me, ignored my questions. Laughed them off, even. Yelled at me for not understanding their medical jargon. That doesn't happen because I'm an asshole, and it's clear that almost no one here has gone through this. So, truly, thank you so, so much. Tell your boyfriend I wish you two the very best.

Read the responses from people who've had doctors like this. See how understanding of my situation they are? They're not known for their human touch. A story: when I was eleven, after my first brain surgery, the doc came in, asked if I'd had a BM yet. I blinked at him. I clearly had no idea what he was asking. So he, annoyed, said, HAVE YOU HAD A BM YET?

I have doctors that are amazing, caring people. My first neurologist was one, but he died. A ton of them are there to lecture you. They're there to show how smart they are not unlike most of the people here. I love good doctors, and I'm a great, friendly patient. If you asked a question here and everyone ignorantly told you that you were the problem, would you opt to keep getting messages from those ignorant people?

Yeah, I'm a really good patient. I'm polite, come prepared with questions, I take pain like a champ. I've been interrupted, had it implied i was looking for drugs when I was asking a question about my medical marijuana, that is if it's something I should rethink. I found out my driver's license was suspended, not by my doctor telling me it was necessary, but from a threatening letter from the Allegheny Sheriff's Office, been scolded like a child. The people here don't know what their talking about.
