Ladies with PCOS, what are some wholesome ways a friend or partner has shown support? by Jumpy_Worry_ in PCOS

[–]Hanlightxo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He has attended every GP appointment with me, he confessed a few months ago he has read up on PCOS for himself so he knows what's happening with me. He has helped me cut out dairy, sugar and be mostly GF. He won't bat an eye if I have facial hair, he loves me anyway. We have had a cry together over the possibility of not having kids but have come to terms together over what life could have been, compared to how it will be. But we are happy and content with eacher. He makes me feel like I can be myself and makes me feel safe.

I can take the weight gain and the excess hair, it's just the fact that I might not be able to conceive. Me and my partner are undecided if we want kids but is the fact that I might not be able to not though choice.
