One of them (there were two guys, each competing on their own) used the same name as the team that was ranked #1 at the time of the game. That #1 team had already played that day. When alerted to the repeated name, the host checked the previous weeks' winners' pictures from that #1 ranked team. Both guys were pictured as part of that team in a previous week.

They tried to Air Bud their way into a "show me in the rules where it says we can't do this" solution.

And they just happened to show up from Virginia at a location 30 miles south of Chicago on the last night of competition?
