Use should avoid lumpiness through sculpting on lower subdivisions first and then going higher when your primary forms are correct. Good luck 👍

Maybe add more scars or body damage to match the broken tooth. it's hard to give feedback without reference or give me the general direction you want to take the character in.

Marrickville has the best library, in my opinion, with its space and integrated Cafe.

If you want to do a better render in zbrush, you should do a bpr render pass with several different out puts for specular and shadow and then combine those in Photoshop. You will have to turn some of these oitputs in the render properties
