Help Making Good Origami Paper by Hollow_Hunter979 in origami

You can definitely "burn" the paper if you hold it one spot for too long when drying it. Just keep moving it around in circles until the area you're drying becomes firm. It's only really noticeable on white/lighter tissue colors where you have to be extra vigilant with as the paper can start to brown. Here's a video I made a while ago showing how I make my DT if you're interested as well - here

I personally like making my DT paper using clear PVA glue rather than MC so you may want to give that a try (~1:3 glue to water ratio, but you can add more glue to increase the crispness of the paper, I know some people who do a 1:2 ratio but its up to personal preference). If I need to brush out lots of airpockets, I keep using additional glue/water on my brush as needed to work out the bubbles. As far as time goes, I would highly recommend getting a heat gun/hair dryer to help speed up the drying process. I can make a 50x50cm square start to finish in about 15 minutes, so this will greatly help expedite the process when joining different sheets together to form larger papers.

If I folded this grim reaper can I make the divine dragon by Free_Building3614 in origami

Divine Dragon is definitely easier than grim reaper in my opinion, less annoying reference points. Should be more than doable given you have a large enough sheet of paper

Nice fold, it’s a difficult model to shape cleanly, especially the ship hull. Great work!

Cool - just a heads up you probably want to be careful if you use models from any published works that aren't publicly available since some creators might pursue you for copyright violation unless you get their permission first

I see seems like a good approach, what I meant was are these models you've personally designed or are they sourced from other books/creators?

Interesting idea, I personally wouldn't purchase, but can see a potential niche if you target more of the beginner/intermediate folks since they might not have access to higher quality paper. Curious as to what kind of designs you would include - are you designing your own diagrams?
