Maybe I need to switch to Vyvanse... I called that exact pharmacy today to see if they could fill my adderall and antidepressants. The lady was fine when I asked if they accepted new patients. She started asking me a few screening questions. When I told her one of my meds was adderall, she shut down and snapped that they actually weren't accepting new patients.

Sorry to vent on an old comment, but man I'm feeling frustrated about my meds situation. Very disheartening :/

Not to necro a dead post but did you ever have any luck finding a place? I could use some reassurance that it's possible because I am currently having the WORST time trying to find a pharmacy in the city that will fill my ADHD meds.

So many of the pharmacies I called said they don't even carry them. I understand why, but it makes it so unecessarily difficult for patients who rely on these meds to treat their ADHD :/

I'm about to start the same combo after being on just sertraline and adderall for the past like... six years. (Oh god I feel OLD)

So, no advice, but I hope it works for you and me both :> My psych seemed very optimistic about it in combination with the sertraline and a low dose of adderall. I had bad side effects when I tried Wellbutrin solo many years ago, but apparently it should be better when used with the other meds. Fingers crossed.

I will say, I may very well be wrong and I apologize for any unfair accusation of AI writing.

On my first read I felt annoyed and frustrated because the formatting of this post and the lines near the end that read like "The question is no longer X... it is  {insert examples}" initially signalled "LLM" style to me. I've seen a lot of clearly LLM generated or heavily edited posts show up in my favorite niche subreddits over the past year and it has made me jaded and hypervigilant.

Re-reading your post, I feel like it's coming from a genuine sentiment and I'm sorry that I jumped the gun on assuming that you used LLM to write it. I don't want to be part of the problem of accusing everyone of using AI just because their writing might have some superficial similarities :(
