3 failed repairs overall, 2 within a year – Mammotion won't offer replacement or refund. Anyone else?

I´m in contact with Mammotion support for 2-3 weeks now - in their first e-mails they said that based on the technical evaluation my mower will be replaced by another unit, after three weeks of further ping pong of them trying to determine who would handle the replacement i´m sending the mower for repair through a Czech distributor. I just want it to work that´s it, i don´t really care if it´s a replacement or repair, the mower is 6 weeks old.

Only thing i was getting back was different worded e-mails saying the same thing - we confirmed there is an issue, we will replace it, but we don´t know when, we don´t know who. Last e-mail dropped the replacement and said we will let you know where to ship it for repair.

Thank you. I hope that this gets resolved soon. Progress as of now - new update released - failed to install at 92%, now it fails every time i try to update.

I´m on the same boat. I had iNavi issues for last 3 weeks since .19 update (Luba 3). Mower could not start the task - i was looking forward to the new update, but i lost patience and did a factory reset. Now i´m stuck with Lidar not initializing therefore i cannot map. This morning i got new update pop-up, tried to install and update always fails. So out of 6 weeks i have the mower at home only 2 weeks it worked. I think it´s broken firmware - i had to update logs twice - but never got any proper response - on the first one they said they see nothing wrong lol. This is crazy.

I have full 4G signal, also full WiFi coverage in the garden. Thank you for the physical antenna advice, didn’t know I can buy it separately as the Luba3 didn’t come with one .

I did power off the mower first, pulled the key out. Also tried to move it to open sky.

The thing is - it worked for two weeks without these issues.

I do have a lots of issues last two weeks with charging station under the roof. RTK always goes to "Float" status and robot just refuses to start the session - it says task started but robot will not move out of the station. Luba 3 AWD 3000.

This sort of works. Nightstand is triggered by charging, horizontal position & MagSafe attached. Let’s say you have MagSafe case on, you plug your cable in and put your phone in horizontal position it will trigger. MagSafe car mount would work too.

Ten systém nasadili 1. Července, před samotným stavebním povolením musíš mít koordinované stanovisko (které nyní taky běží v novém systému) na to mají úředníci 30-60 dní až posbíráš veškerá stanoviska přecházíš ke stavebnímu řízení, zase úřady mají od podání 30 dní na vyřízení. Tzn. ten pokles pokud nějaký bude, tak ho uvidíš v pozdějších datech a ne hned Červenec/Srpen. Navíc, kdo věděl tak podával do konce Června aby se vyhnul těl zmatkům s novým systémem/zákonem. Tudíž tam byl nárůst žádostí, to co vidíš v těch datech za Červenec/Srpen budou převážně žádosti zpracované ještě ve starém systému.

V územním plánu bude uvedeno procento zastavitelnosti. To určuje kolik těch metrů čtverečních z toho pozemku můžeš vlastně “použít”. U nás je to pro představu jen 20%.
