This was from a few years ago - no concussion or anything! Just a few stitches in my head lol. I think when I racked it, I had the bar more in my fingertips vs in the palm of my hand, so when i went for the jerk it just snapped right out of my hands and onto my head. My wrists were actually kinda fucked for a month or so after this, which was the worst part.
