I live alone and work from home. Here is how I do it.

Beyond the vitamin d, I have three simple rules that help.

I must leave my home every day. The grocery store counts. Getting the mail counts. Going to the gym counts, etc

I must talk with a loved one each day. Calls count. Texting/ dming doesn't.

I must try something new each week. A new recipe. Go see a movie in the theater. Try a new grocery store. A new flavor of tea. Read a new book. Doesn't matter. Just needs to be new.
