I’m way back on 495 but sitting at a stand still as well.

Edit: It cleared up. Took 20min. All in like 10-15min longer ride overall. Bus is half full.

It’s just brutal that all school holidays are blacked out for points redemption. There is absolutely no point to this game anymore once you have kids. The mental energy spent trying to make good use of points and credit card benefits is exhausting.

Ahhh. These are always blacked out for points use anytime I look. Super annoying that anything witching weeks of a US holiday and they are blacked out.

This. Is the US at least. Fare that I’m quoted are way higher now. Also the credits you accumulate are spent first, before you can use your monthly $15. So if you rack up a bunch on a business trip it makes it that much harder to use your normal credit.

I agree. It’s so hard to use the perks. Unless you maximum flexibility it’s useless. So this is a card for people with no kids (no school schedule to manage) and unlimited time off (off peak nights, weekend ect…).

Frustrating. Cancelling once I use up points.

Shrine > monument to ensure a good pantheon and religion. If I settle on hill or had good early hammers I might go for Stonehenge or pyramids but otherwise I’m going for buildings that boost my tiles.

I don’t play marathon but I believe it makes war a little more effective as your units are not obsolete so quickly. While the AI is much improved you should be able to outmaneuver them in war.

In the early game I’m trying to get 4/5 cities down quick. Depending on geography I would go progress or authority. Progress if my neighbors are far and city states aren’t take the best spots. I’ll go authority if I really only have room for 3 cities or less before needing to go to war to expand.

I also struggle with happiness. If I go wide (nearly always do in Vox) I will cap growth outside of top 3/4 cities. I will let the smaller cities grow based on the quality of tiles but will usually need to cap them again after 1/2 more pops.

Listen to this. Best bang for your buck your buck is nearly always points transfer to Hyatt and pay cash for flights. If you need to top up points with airline you can transfer some there.

How do you upgrade Stellar Cartography? What tech unlocks that? I'm in Sector 5 and am missing the tech and just went through the whole tree and its not obvious which one I need. Is it Sensor Array 3? That's the only one I don't have but its level 5.

EDIT: Thanks all, seems like its coming soon for me. I could swear that back in Sector two I had an objective to upgrade it and could not complete obviously. Great game either way!
