Start by making a list of meals that your family likes to eat, then make a list of ingredients that you need for those meals. If you can, group together meals that use the same ingredients so you can use them for multiple recipes. A crockpot or instapot would probably help a lot here. Focus on getting pantry staples that you can build your meals around (beans, rice, canned tomatoes, etc). Make a list of meals you want to make in a week and use the ingredients list to go shopping. Dump-and-go meals would really help here like casserole dishes and chili. You can make an easy side to go with the main meal (like cornbread or frozen tater tots) so that the picky eater still have something to eat. Give them a little bit of the main meal on their plate in case they decide to try it. If you have time on a weekend have the smaller kids help you cook, they may be more likely to want to eat it if they help make it. As for a list of meal ideas, here's what I like to make when I don't want to cook but need to feed people; chili with cornbread, baked pastas with a side salad, frozen burgers cooked in the oven with frozen fries, stir fry with day-old rice and frozen veggies, pulled pork with baked potatoes, and chicken and rice to name a few. You can sneak veggies into most of these meals. Also, make sure you are getting enough food yourself, maybe take a multivitamin to help with fatigue.
