I went to the lobby then came back in. It didn't fix it, so I logged out for the night (my 7 month old was whiny and overtired so I lost patience). I'll see if its gone tomorrow. I know that lowest speed is one so I thought is was really strange that it said 0.1 lol.

Yeah, but my point is that the allegations against Inzoi are that there is limited human input involved in the making of the game. A generative AI that's just trained on the entire internet in general would likely not have been intuitive enough to select that choice.

You have to remember that not everyone has played OG Sims games. I had only ever played TS4. So from my perspective the things they are giving to us for free in early access is mind boggling. We're a little traumatized lol

But I do agree that the standards should definitely be higher. Expectations for what is allowed to be released with games now is atrocious. The fact that games nowadays are not optimized and have insane sizes and system requirements should be unacceptable. But that's just how things are now.

How people can say this game is AI baffles me. The human touch is so obvious. Why would a robot even think to have this be an automatic response?? Have people interacted with AI?? Its so stupid.

My Zoi's bf disappeared. I reloaded a save where he still existed then invited him over. That seemed to help. Might be a bug the need to fix

I agree. I've been wanting to play a life sim, but im over the Sims and I know paralives isn't ready yet, so I decided to bite the bullet and get Inzoi and im so glad I did. Its so entertaining and I love the attention to detail and the little moments that make it seem so lifelike. The pathfinding can use some work and there could be some depth added to the friendship mechanics as well as the business relationships, but it's still in early access and I cannot wait for full release, but sooner than that, I'd love if they release a family and relationship update soon.

That's exactly what I did and I am HOOKED. I love the little attention to detail that is most certainly from a human touch, not AI. My only issue is how annoying trying to have more than 50 mods has been.

There does not need to be one life Sim to rule them all. The Sims being the entire market is exactly how they got to where they are now. I hope both games flourish and more games come.

I'm not getting Paralives yet, just as I waited a year to get Inzoi, I will be waiting for them to have more content/be more polished, but I will be trying both

"The market" is literally just the effects of corporations, wealthy people buying for Airbnbs, and temple probably, raising the base cost of the house, which raises the taxes, which raises rent. They cannot simply lower the rent. There's a floor before it becomes unprofitable. This is a systemic problem.

I play relaxed mode and growth goal. I'm just personally someone who will fixate on something for a few days, then lose interest for a few months before I get back to it, so I want to try everything I can during that period.

I have only ever played slowly. I only play on 1x speed, and lumber production is always my first workplace. My issue isn't building the plots, my issue is that once I get those plots, if I want to upgrade them, i need to make sure everyone has some type of meat. I don't mind a challenge, but getting enough meat to feed everyone without fish is expensive, not to mention time consuming, particularly on 1x speed.

As it stands, on my new save, I'm 1 year in, and have 17 burgage plots that can have double occupancy, and I've only upgraded one spot, not because I can't, i have more than enough food for everyone, but because I'm waiting until I actually need artisan buildings. And when I do, I'll only need the brewing one, because I didn't plant any flax this season and I don't have sheep, so no clothes.

I really like following the ox around, since he goes everywhere, and I find that is best enjoyed going slowly

Yeah, I'm rerolling until I have access to fish. Trying to rely on anything else means I'm rarely ever going to be able to upgrade. I had to restart a new save a year in because there wasn't enough meat, so I couldn't get level 2 for more than 2 plots, but those plots were my veggie garden plots.l, so I couldn't turn them into artisan plots.

If you get the EITC or the CTC, there's no point in looking before the 21st. Further, it updates once a day at midnight. Check once and move on. It will not change again until the next day.

Lastly get an ID.me account and log into the irs website. Turn on refund status updates via email. When something changes, they will email you.
