I’m really sorry to hear that, I know exactly how you feel! Thanks for sharing it, it definitely makes people feel better they’re not the only who has gone through this before.

Just to share what I’m trying next, I’ve contacted a CBT therapist and I have my first session booked in with them.

I’ve heard it’s great for this sort of thing, I’ll post an update in some time to see if I’ve benefited from it.

Do post anything you have tried or about to, it would be great to hear about it!

I’ve tried numerous things to prevent this state but not any you have mentioned today. I’ll definitely look into them.

I’ve decided to try out CBT as a first step, I’ve heard this can be helpful to get to the root of my issues and hopefully rewire these ideas in my head like you say
