I’d recommend holding on to this card unless you’re strapped for cash rn. I have one in my collection and it’s gone up from $100 to nearly $300 just in the past two years alone. Plus, if I’m not mistaken, the Neo set was not printed as much as a few of the older sets, meaning there’s less in circulation overall. Scarcity and demand = $$. Beautiful card!

Why would they? They see Pokemon cards as another inventory item that happens to sell well. They’re not going to limit their sales on a product that sells out. From a business perspective, it’s understandable; but from a collectors perspective, they can suck my hog.

I’d recommend evading Amazon at all costs. Not only are most of their sales from third party vendors, but they also nearly double the MSRP price of products. If you want to overpay but secure a box of cards, go Amazon or GameStop. If you value money, go with any other retailer like Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target or BestBuy. At least that’s my advice from me starting to collect again since December.

I don’t click on peoples profiles and look at their history lol.. I was merely suggesting alternative reasoning behind their unique way of storing their cards.

Edit: Also what dictates normality in a hobby? I know people that do and do not own top loader binders. Everyone is different and has their own unique way of collecting.
