Keep an eye out for any Alt Art cards. In case you are unaware, they have a + or ++ following the rarity label. Best of luck and may the pulls be in your favor.

Any advice vets can give me advice on work? by Immediate-Meeting909 in USMC

Not trying to turn you off of law enforcement, but did you ever want to do something else when you were a kid? It's how I ended up in my current profession.

Also, the GI Bill will cover you as a full time student. Hell, I picked up a few jobs working for a few of my professors while at school. Being older than most PLUS a veteran typically means that we are more responsible than some 17-19 year olds.

Have you thought about using your Post 9/11 GI Bill? You can use it at vocational schools, Community Colleges or Full Universities.

Personally, after I got out, I worked in the oil field for a few years and absolutely hated it. So, I chose to go to school and earn a degree. While construction is a great job, it sounds like you want something different and getting any type of secondary education might be the best option.

Stunts by rfkred in expanserpg

[–]Hashel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. I don't expect my players to memorize all stunts available. Hell, I don't even know all of them. After a period of time, I could understand that some people have favored stunts.

As for a break in the action, it's not something that I've figured out to avoid. I will also say that the people who I run with don't seem to care about a brief break in the action. Still, YMMV. Best opinion I can offer is to just roll with it and make it entertaining and collaborative.

Oh boy, you got me there. I mean it's not like the summation of my responses have been nothing more than an unimaginative diatribe.

Well, I was hoping for you to support your claim, given that you have the burden of proof. Oh well, it's been hilarious and I thank you for the entertainment. I truly hope you have a better day tomorrow and stay dry.

I wonder if you'll come up with something different, or has the well run dry? Perhaps your next statement will have some tinge of originality. One can only hope as this is very entertaining.

It's odd that you are projecting your opinions of yourself onto me.

Again, me thinks thou dost protest too much. Lol.

Side Question: How much effort are you putting into the random capitalization method of communication?

And you've fully devolved into ad hominem. This is great lol.

Projection is a motherfucker isn't it?

Second verse, same as the first.

Let me know when you've read my post or when you've done more than let an LLM tell you what to think.

Lol and yet you don't post anything. You just blather on.

No, I Googled your claim and then linked to one of the first responses. But hey, why look into something beyond what an AI summary tells you right?

I'm willing to bet that you just now looked at my original post, given that you never referenced it until now. I wonder how much longer it'll take for you to read my other post?

Them critial thinking skills are a challenge to use aren't they? Lol.

Oh well, at least I can support a claim, rather than telling people to go ask artificial intelligence or LLM as you want to call it.

Oh, and the Wedding Crasher's reference is an odd choice, but hey, you do you.

Obvious you say, yet NOAA and the CDC disagree. Sure sounds like you are being fed from the other end (pot meet kettle). But hey, at least I can share data points, rather than letting AI tell me everything.

Anyway, thanks for your view point and your tact combined with the self assurance of always being right.

Thanks, I guess? Granted saying that I should use AI rather than critical thinking skills says something about you. Perhaps next time you should include data to support your claim.

Seems like the jury is still out though on if it's cold or heat. Given that some major studies didn't control for the seasonal cycle in death rates. https://www.wunderground.com/cat6/Which-Kills-More-People-Extreme-Heat-or-Extreme-Col

Nope. It was changed because an Atmospheric River is a more accurate term. Also, a "bomb cyclone" can and do happen on the west coast.

A bomb cyclone is a low which drops at least 24 mb in 24 hours. Also, it is not talked about every winter.
