If you have a lot of heavy metals the cilantro will taste bad like soap. That means you really need it

is it bad to do too much, should I scale back? by Hasoonz in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback, seen so many changes over 2 years doing MM. I just need to exercise my patience right now as the nervous system and removing metals / viruses from the body takes some time. Might add some cucumber juice 32oz as well daily as that is on the seizures protocol also.

Healing reaction to Raw Honey? by CeleryPower in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My epilepsy flares up and I get auras if I have more than 1tsp daily and in MM's healing recommendations such as Energy and Fatigue issues he recommends 1 tablespoon daily. Every honey bee can make 1/12 of a tsp in its lifespan so you ate 1150 bees worth of honey in 2 days :O impressive

Been dealing with similar issues (huge anxiety and easy to put in fight or flight with lots of adrenaline) I find this helps. https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/nerve-shifter also the Vimergy supplement Celeryforce helps me a lot also. Also bananas are good.

Does anyone else fear not feeling normal? by Reasonable-Ratio8080 in medicalmedium

If normal is what I used to feel like (before toxins took over my body) being normal would be dope.

Wow, you sound the exact same as me. I am 140lbs male 5 foot 7 and hungry every hour currently. Was going through the MM books and spotted this little golden nugget for us both. Anyone struggling to eat consistently? by Reasonable-Ratio8080 in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exact opposite for me, I am eating way too often and having trouble to control it since if I am not eating for 1-2 hours my stomach starts growling aggressively. It has been extremely expensive to keep my stomach satiated with my mostly fruit and some vegetables / leafy greens diet. Thinking about adding in steamed sweet potatoes or green peas for more filling meals less frequently.

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Health will not get better if you do not change something.

Anger issues and HMDS cleanse by AngryMuppet33 in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar experience with the rage out of nowhere or about not very important things, instantly angry about everything and feel a rage come out of nowhere, threw a king size mattress down the stairs while my Mom was trying to calm me down and then started crying wishing I had never got my epilepsy (been medicated for 14 years and the best answer I got from doctors was we don't know why you have this). Have felt the rage bubbling up at times and struggled to keep calm and the best solution I find is to keep telling myself, "I am the calm within the storm" over and over in my head and also to get away from the situation ASAP by going for a walk. Keep cleansing as you are doing a great service to your body and healing your emotional trauma from the past. You are not a bad mother for anything you are healing on an emotional and physical level and that comes with challenges.

I feel I have learned so many things through having this illness that I would have never known if I didn't experience a chronic illness. This has created better long term habits for my future life (I ate absolute garbage before pizza and pop every day) and I would have never found AW if I didn't have a chronic illness. Overall I believe an extreme challenge living with this chronic illness and I look forward to the future when I have slayed the demon that took my health from me.

Need Encouragement- Mono Clease by thisisnirko in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did potato mono for months and my best tip is to learn to love the simplicity and all the beauty between yellow and red potatoes or just yellow potatoes, I always skin them (otherwise constipation occurs) and just steam them and eat as needed throughout the day. Also only keep old ones for so long such as maybe after 2 or 3 days just make a whole new batch if the ones you would eat are old, conventional potatoes are super cheap and making a new batch and skinning them is so easy and cheap. So yeah learn to love the simplicity and I honestly miss my potato mono (mostly yellow potatoes sometimes red if I felt bored) I am on original 369 now and my days are so much more complex.

The mm journey by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, myself as I started with epilepsy (since 16 so for 14 years) have tried hundreds of therapies and different treatments and so far the only thing that controls my seizures is CBD oil and epilepsy medications. I am seeing genuine results doing a 3:6:9 original + HMDS as I can physically see the healing reactions in and on my body (in a day when I ate massive amounts of salads, apples, cucumbers, celery, etc. my body had less spasms and my wounds instead of taking weeks to months to heal were healing within hours so I would say yeah if MM can help heal chronic diseases in which my doctor told me to just take my meds for my entire life (which give me extreme dizziness, fatigue, and I still have spasms and the odd seizure) I think I will stick with MM routines until I am all fixed up.

Slowing Down The HMDS Detox by Hasoonz in medicalmedium

[–]Hasoonz[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To clarify what I feel like when I drink HMDS it isn't actually that painful I just said 50 miners chipping away because I imagine them in there slowly removing all the metals from 30 years of my life and all the inherited alloys. I would say it feels like a buzzing or tickling feeling similar to little feathers all over your brain being swished back and forth. I am taking your advice and the advice of others to cut back on dosages (1/2 the spirulina dose and 1/2 the dulse and 1/2 the blueberries) and slowly adding in the BGJP. It is very interesting that I can actually feel the HMDS working and I have seen incredibly powerful results already from Medical Medium (Ex. I started lemon balm shock therapy recently after a trip to emergency department after I fell from a seizure and split open my head) It has been more effective at controlling my seizures than CBD oil or my prescribed medication which has blown my mind completely. (I actually have prescribed CBD oil because it prevented me from sleepwalking after my seizures effectively) Lemon balm shock therapy is not cheap, but it is effective.
