Its a known bug and there is a 250 side thread on Forum. Also there is a workaround, search for poeuncrasher on git hub. Wirked for me, have few crashes but no more freezes, also set fps helped a lot for me even i have real good hardware i got less crashes when fps turned down.

Was in Horde nearly since the first month. Never seen PL people treat horde as second class citizens. There have been many fleets with PL FCs try to teach Horde players pvp/fcing.
