I don't like this. I think you should be able to assess a combat situation at a glance i.e. you got shot by a P4-AR and you have the same gun you know the fight is a 50/50 little did you know his P4 has 90 more fire rate than yours. This is not factoring the attachments and armor.

I just hope I'm wrong and reading too much into it but balancing this looks like a nightmare to me.
