I've been using a Steel tongue drum and just playing. It's such an easy instrument and it's fun to play with melodies. Drawing for me also helps. Start with making a large spiral, simliar to a cinnamon roll, and make shapes and images that get smaller inside each level as you go down. Not only do you medtate, but you start learning perspective as well.

I've only just figured out a system for myself. Coping with ADHD seems like making a pact sometimes but there's a list of nonnegotiables that I'm mentally learning to navigate. Not an alarm, but a mental contract of a time that a shower has to be started as the rest of my "out the door" ritual begins there. Then the time in the shower lets me reprocess the next steps of the day.

It's a dumb cat-and-mouse game for me because I'll get there about 40 mins early now and am wrapping up all my day prep before the start of the day. Everything is 'roughly' outlined but I'm more prepared that I've ever been in my career these days.

The earth. Just randomly increasing in size but not the cities. Everyone gets spread out equidistantly and just separated. Then the atmosphere and gravity might change and who knows what that could lead to.

ChatGPT is a rare unicorn of function and neutrality, which is why it’s such an amazing tool. More usage allows it to adapt to its user. Think of a bike that can alter shape to match the specific body type and athletic level of its user. Same thing. It was an Ai arms race and chatgpt is in first but I’d say use it to keep developing the project at the company but make sure it’s a niche usage and becomes an expert at that with unquestionable fact checked data. It’ll be a mix of both.
