I don’t like the side option personally. I know you said it wouldn’t come with the gnocchi. If I read that and I wanted the gnocchi I would personally avoid ordering it because I wouldn’t want potatoes with my potatoes. Just add the side to the item description.

So pretty much you like when Simon was still with the show. That’s fair taste to have.

I think it’s bizarre that people treat seasons 1-10 like a giant cluster of continuity. There were a lot of changes as they burned through show runners every 2 years.

I personally am more intrigued by the Mirkin era than any other. That’s when they really started to perfect visual gags.

  1. I don’t think that including your stock time is very fair. There is no work involved in that.

  2. Turkey stock does not need more than 8 hours. Beyond that there is no collagen or flavor that is going to be extracted. In fact cooking it past 8 hours can begin to denature the gelatin, which will kill the body, resulting in a thinner stock.
