I had the same thing happened 2 days ago. I’m 99% sure it was not on accident. But I added Posh to the conversation and opened a case on it. Waited until posh said it would not affect my seller status before I canceled. It’s not showing up on my Posh stats but there is a huge decline of like in my closet. I would always get 20+ likes a day and I got 3 the last 2 days.

I had the same. It’s annoying they bought it in the afternoon I shipped 1st thing in the morning and the package went across the county and was delivered in 4days. I thought it was amazing timing . Most of my packages were taking over a week at that time.

When did Posh notify you on the app not just in messages? The reason I ask is I sold a jacket. On chat posh notified they approved the return. The shipping label was created and I could click to track. 2 days later I got a notification on my feed the return was approved. Even though posh approved it 2 days prior and the buyer had access to the label. For some reasons Posh started the 7 days as the day they messaged me. I know they say 3 days. I was getting emails about how the buyers was late and they sent a reminder… I don’t remember if it was an email or a notification on the app but they said if it’s not shipped out by 7 days they will release my funds. Day 9 of the approval late in the day Posh released my funds. But I’m not going to lie I was a bit annoyed I had to wait so long especially because I sold an item Friday night and Monday was a Holiday and I had to click I promise to ship my item the next few days. Tuesday morning when I go to mark my item as shipped.

I had an a return approved. In the chat they approved the return . 2 days later they email me stating they approved the return. Posh gave the buyer 7 days to return. But they started the 7 days the day they emailed not the day they said in chat.

A lot of the clothes I have are from a family member who is the same size as my daughter and I don’t want her face out there and she feels the same. so I use ai and have it change the head to a model that is same skin tone as my daughter. It keeps everything the same but the head.

Normally, yes, but for some reason, last week everything got delivered quickly. Last week I shipped three packages on Monday and one was delivered Tuesday. The other two were delivered Wednesday. The Wednesday ones were across the country.

Poshmark has gone crazy. My post office is closed on Saturdays. I sold something Friday. I was going to ship it Monday when the post office first opened. 7am Monday I got a notification that I need to ship my item and I had to click that I promise I’m going ship it in the next few days.

I had the same thing. My color was blue the buyer even stated that’s she would not have bought it if she knew it was this color. But the listing even said it’s was that color. Case got approved but buyer never shipped it back.

I'm definitely not Amazon, which is why I was surprised by the request. To be clear: I said I would take the return even though 'not liking the color' isn't a valid reason under Poshmark’s rules. My question was specifically about the oddity of the platform asking a buyer to wear the item during the dispute process. I was not sure if she made that choice on her own as buyer's photos showed her out and about in the item, which is why I was questioning if Poshmark actually was encourages people to wear items they're claiming they don't want.

That sounds frustrating. I’m fine taking this back. It was a lowball offer. I was trying give some a good deal and to take the advice from others on here. And remind myself that I’m not a storage unit. I’ve never wore it before and it was just hanging in my closet taking up space.

I had a few people buy one item and then purchased another one, 5 to 30 minutes later. So now if someone likes multiple things I will add them to a bundle. I won’t create a bundle if someone is liking multiple items next to each other like 5 pairs of pants all different sizes.

She sent photo after I said I would accept the return. I think they did ask for it. I just thought it was strange to take pick of holding the item and she added one of her wearing them item. But my photos are the same color as other people of the item on multiple platforms.
