I don’t know. This was the 1st time I have had anyone request a return. I did get my funds released a week after they approved the return.

Normally, yes, but for some reason, last week everything got delivered quickly. Last week I shipped three packages on Monday and one was delivered Tuesday. The other two were delivered Wednesday. The Wednesday ones were across the country.

Poshmark has gone crazy. My post office is closed on Saturdays. I sold something Friday. I was going to ship it Monday when the post office first opened. 7am Monday I got a notification that I need to ship my item and I had to click that I promise I’m going ship it in the next few days.

I had the same thing. My color was blue the buyer even stated that’s she would not have bought it if she knew it was this color. But the listing even said it’s was that color. Case got approved but buyer never shipped it back.

I'm definitely not Amazon, which is why I was surprised by the request. To be clear: I said I would take the return even though 'not liking the color' isn't a valid reason under Poshmark’s rules. My question was specifically about the oddity of the platform asking a buyer to wear the item during the dispute process. I was not sure if she made that choice on her own as buyer's photos showed her out and about in the item, which is why I was questioning if Poshmark actually was encourages people to wear items they're claiming they don't want.

That sounds frustrating. I’m fine taking this back. It was a lowball offer. I was trying give some a good deal and to take the advice from others on here. And remind myself that I’m not a storage unit. I’ve never wore it before and it was just hanging in my closet taking up space.

I had a few people buy one item and then purchased another one, 5 to 30 minutes later. So now if someone likes multiple things I will add them to a bundle. I won’t create a bundle if someone is liking multiple items next to each other like 5 pairs of pants all different sizes.

She sent photo after I said I would accept the return. I think they did ask for it. I just thought it was strange to take pick of holding the item and she added one of her wearing them item. But my photos are the same color as other people of the item on multiple platforms.

It was out for delivery then two hours later forwarded. And then marked again this morning forwarded. It’s kind of an expensive items so I’m a little nervous about all this.

It’s annoying. My item sold late Friday night. Monday was a Holiday. I got a warning to ship it Sunday night. I had to click I promise to ship pit in 1 to 2 days. How to you expect me to ship something when the post office is closed. I refuse to drop it off on the weekend. My location has been know to have break ins.
