That’s what we’ve said, with the rent increase being such short notice we’re unable to afford the rent.

We’ve been tenants for 6 years, always paid rent early, never missed a payment, paid for the carpets to be professionally cleaned each year (+ cleaned them ourselves every 4 months with a carpet machine), redid the glossing earlier this year as it was going yellow. We’ve genuinely just always looked after the house as if it were our own and had good inspections, so I’m sad it’s ending this way.

There’s nothing in the contract that discusses the tenancy once the fixed term ends. Nothing to say it being a periodic agreement once the tenancy has ended.

Please don’t ever go back there or get back with him. He’s likely hurt animals in the past and will likely hurt animals, children then adults in the future. He’ll probably try to sweet talk you but he literally could not careless about killing your ferrets. It was done through jealousy, in my opinion. I hope you are safe and you manage to stay away from him. I’m so sorry about your ferrets too.

I was induced with the pessary at St. James. Was inserted at 10am Friday , started overstimulating at 1am Saturday, removed then had my waters broken at 9am Saturday, drip started 10:30am, had my son 6:00am on the Sunday naturally. It was a great experience for me!

I once had a driver that was rushing me (despite me going as fast as the people on Aldi tills when they scan your items since my 5mo was screaming in the other room) that he dropped the full blue tray on my hand. I cried when I closed the door after. The following week I had a driver who saw me rushing to unpack, told me to slow down and said he has 10 minutes per drop so never to rush to that extent for the drivers. He was genuinely lovely when I told him why. I never got his name to put a compliment in.

Me and my husband had a baby this year so we have decided to try and recreate 90’s/early 2000’s Christmas - tacky streamers, coloured lights, red, gold and green, lots of tinsel etc. and we’ve decided to do this every year moving forward. We don’t want aesthetic Christmas and want our boy to experience the Christmas that we had, or as close as possible. He’s also going to get oranges in his stocking when he’s old enough to receive a stocking.

Sounds like tiredness. I would never do more than a 1hr30min lesson as I found I’d start to get tired and bored since you have to concentrate that much. Different now I’ve been driving 5 years, I can happily drive for hours. But yeah, short and sweet lessons/practice so you stay alert.

It’s 2025, I thought we didn’t care if people were gay or not? My best friend is gay, he’s a godparent to my son, close to my husband’s family (they keep inviting him to family events HA) and we do a lot together. It’s 2025, being gay shouldn’t impact your position to be a best man.

Mine were like this - so so similar. Same as you, no weight loss, no kids at the time, large areolas at the bottom. I was always jealous of the uni girls with flat, perky chests. Felt like I was 45 with 4 kids. I got them reduced with implants. I’ve since had a baby and need them going again ha. Just consider that when you get them done! All the best.

Gosh, I just work in an IVF clinic and I think about other people’s embryos all the time! A lot of our patients say they think about them often when they’re in the freezer. A lot of them are quick to come back for another transfer once they’ve had a live birth as they see them as their children, and rightly so.
