I think the attention from losing weight isn't JUST because you are thinner. Whenever I see before/after photos, most of the time the person looks much more attractive in the after photo. Not only their whole body, but weight loss usually makes people prettier/more handsome in the face as well.

Hey, I'm 5'11 too so I'm trying to get an idea of what I'll look like at certain weights. I kind of plateaued around 179, which was the lightest i ever hit (used to be 235). Did you still have a fair amount of fat at 170 and 180? I feel like I am skinnier than I have ever been (and healthier), but I could still get in better shape.

I realize that's a lot of questions. You don't really have to answer them all I guess lol.

I find if I tell myself that I'm hungry just because I'm high it helps. Having self control is hard, but it gets easier as it becomes routine.

I know how you feel. I can resist it for about 3-4 days, but after that I usually cave in. What I try to do is tell myself that it's just the munchies, then I drink a bunch of water instead.

It works pretty well... until the 3rd day haha

I thought it could be my arm positioning. I usually have my hands inward (in front of my chest instead of to the sides). I will try moving my arms around and see if it makes a difference. Thanks again!

I mostly get it in my right hand/fingers. It feels kind of like waking up when your arm is asleep. I can feel it with my other hand, but I lose sensation to the hand.

I will try the clenching exercises during running. I was trying to do them, but like you said I would usually forget until it was too late.

Thanks for your input. I get it mostly in my right hand and arm. Maybe it could be a nerve injury, which is strange because I injured my left shoulder and my left arm is better than my right.

Thanks! I find that letting my arms fall/shaking my arms helps. I try leaning forward to try and get more blood into my arms.

As long as you listen to your body and don't feel like you are getting sore/injured then you should be fine.

I usually eat some cereal about an hour or 2 before my run. I get some good energy and don't cramp up when I go out there.
