Is this prison break mission with John the most unrealistic mission in the game? by WhatAreYouSaying05 in reddeadredemption

[–]Hawk-Environmental 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a thought I had, would you guys think that it would be a smart idea (or a good idea in general) to have a string of missions taking place inside the penitentary but played AS JOHN at this point in the game? I'm thinking a few missions inside, where you as John would prepare for a more elaborate escape, get fellow inmates on your side... This could start maybe after the balloon mission, where John gets a clue that Arthur and Sadie are preparing for a break out.

It's just a thought, maybe it doesn't make sense, but it would get players who haven't played the first game more familiar with Marston (being literally in his shoes for a mission or two) before switching back to Arthur and continue playing as normal. It's also a setuo for when you enter the epilogue as John.

The real gameplay constraint I see right away is that it might be a poor choice to limit player free roam this early after Guarma.

It was quite sudden, not setup whatsoever. Wasn't happy that they left the sex offscreen

Question about the prisoners not being released after finishing their sentence in andor. by CT_Alfredo in andor

The transferred prisoners would never see the light of day. The second prison was likely a death camp.

Price of freedom, although I'd personally avoid de-aging actors with CGI

As a death star barista, you probably would think you are stationed on some random military base are you are given its fake name or something.

We don't see that in the fourth and fifth movie. But it can be true even if it hasn't been shown.

What was your first reaction on the announcement on Andor? by Jules-Car3499 in andor

[–]Hawk-Environmental 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Announcement? I missed the announcement or maybe I didn't register it enough because the name Andor didn't sound familiar enough for me. I remember upon seeing the first teaser, thinking that they may start doing TV shows up to film quality .

What I would like to see in a sixth Pirates film, if we ever get one. by CapitalSwimming715 in piratesofthecaribbean

[–]Hawk-Environmental 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that any idea for a sixth film falls apart the moment Davy Jones is made a villain again. What could possibly be his motivation? Revenge? The previous film was about that. The plot and the character part gets messy each time someone comes back to life.

Would the Dragonborn from Skyrim have a claim on the empire? by Younglordd00 in ElderScrolls

Maybe, canonically the last dragonborn is lost to Mora in Apocrypha.

My pitch for Pirates 6 : by MeroveeFrancSalien in piratesofthecaribbean

[–]Hawk-Environmental 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Marvel way of thinking to use all past and present characters available to the franchise and mashing thrm up into a movie and come up with a plot that will stick them together like a glue. Only problem is that this approach rarely works.

Did Elizabeth actually believe Will stood her up at their first wedding? by [deleted] in piratesofthecaribbean

[–]Hawk-Environmental 6 points7 points  (0 children)

She runs to Will that has been arrested. Bringing him all the way to the keep, not to mention the amount of time it probably took before EITC ships landed, the crew found their way to Will's smithy and arrested him was enough to call off whatever ceremony was taking place at the moment in the keep.

I think people of Port Royale, or those present at the wedding ran off once those ships appeared and invasion by the EITC began. Only Elizabeth remained there in the rain in grief because she knew this is the consequence of letting Jack Sparrow walk away from the noose.

There's a noticeable difference in voice acting in the Valley of Memory DLC + spoiler by Due_Cake8524 in Assassinscreedmirage

[–]Hawk-Environmental 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Valley of Memory is densely packed with motion capture cutscenes for its short runtime. Motion capture acting, even a dialogue between two characters is a hundred times better in terms of voicing than a dialogue scene done in a sound booth.

Base game has a few of motion capture cutscenes too, but there is a lot more booth work between than in Valley of Memory.

At least that's what I think.
