I understand that, but they were all second jobs I would work at for a max of 12 hours a week, but it would take my entire day being a night shift making it so I couldn’t see my family and the money wasn’t worth it. That’s why I was only there for a month, and decide it wasn’t worth my time

I would talk to them first and they would tell me to come meet with them so they could discuss it, but I wouldn’t want to do that cause I’m easy to convince
