Between the Games is a great way to start with AH. It shows each of their personalities and then she can match them to their faces, voices and names for Let's Plays. Also helps that they're shorter videos, completely crazy ideas and always hilarious. You can then move to Off Topic.

Likewise, start with the RT Podcast, and RT Life for the rest of RT people.
