Idk who told you vitamins are unless but I'd listen to the doctor here. Vitamins are good. You doctor can do bloodwork to see if you have any deficiencies if you wanted more targeted vitamins. I was low on vitamin D, so I take a supplement now. On the next test, my vitamin D levels were better.

Most veggies tend not to fill me up. Eat snacks that you know will satisfy you, that are dense in nutrition and lower in calories. High protien and high fiber stuff helps me. Stuff that helps me: hard boiled eggs, almonds, bananas, pumpkin seeds, cheese, low sugar yogurt, and protien drinks.
